Warranty Policy

The item you are interested in returning must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.

Returning item is not eligible for exchange once the item is found torn, flaw or other damages caused by the usage of the case.


Instructions for Exchange, Return and Refund policy

  1. 1. send in the relevant information to help@zenuscase.com (please refer to 2 for details of content)
  2. 2. Please state out the correct date of payment, name of item in the mail and attach pictures of damaged/defective item.
  3. 3. We will be contacting you in the next 24 hours according to the business hour in South Korea.
  4. 4. For refunds: Please record the relevant tracking number of the returning item and make sure the item is sent with intact packaging.
