14-day Hassle Free Return Policy
A full refund will be issued once the seller has been informed of a damaged/defective item within 14 days upon receipt.

Instructions for Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
1. Send in the relevant information to firstname.lastname@example.org (Please refer to 2 for details of content)
2. Please state out the correct date of payment, name of item in the mail and attach pictures of damages/defective item.
3. We will be contacting you in the next 24 hours according to the bussiness hour in South Korea.
4. For refunds, please record the relevant tracking number of the returning item and make sure the item is sent with intact packaging.

Q: What if I received a damaged or defective item?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of item. Item must have all original tags attached, be unworn and in the original new condition.
Q: How can I exchange an sale item?
A: An sale item is not eligible for exchange or refund.
Q: How long will it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
A: Please allow up to 14 days from the date that the package is received to fully process your return. We will be contacting buyer through the email address
registered on zenuscase.net once the return/exchange processed has been fulfilled.
Q: What if I send back the item before contacting the person-in-charge?
A: Please DO NOT send the item back to us before talking to any of our representatives. Claims or complaints will not be entertained if buyer
send back the item before contacting the person-in-charge.
Return Policy (Online Purchase)
If you are not satisfied with your purchse, please return the item within 30days upon receiving the item intact with purchase invoice of the item.
A full refund will be carried out immediately after the case arrives at our headqaurters in South Korea.
A damage/defective item will also be accepted within 6 months after the purchase has been made.
We offer two options for return item,
1. Customer will have to send the demage/defective case to our headqaurters in South Korea(fee of incoming mail will not be refunded), then we will send the item back to customer by International Registered Mail after the item is repaired. Repairing time takes about 2(two) weeks. Customer will be informed with the tracking number of the item.
2. Customer can contact our Customer Service Desk to report a damage/defective item and by submitting a image of the damage/defective item, customer is entitled to received a 20% discount voucher. The voucher is applicable to all items listed on www.zenuscase.net.

International Registered Mail(Standard Shipping)
Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. There are two types of delivery services that we are offering, if you order via IRM(International Registered Mail),
delivery period takes about 9-12 normal working days (Europe and South Ameria countries take 12-15 normal working days).
If you order via EMS, delivery period takes about 3-5 normal working days, where Europe and South America countries takes about 5-7 normal working days.
